I was invited to participate in an international exhibition in 2020, an inaugural exhibition in a gallery that is deep in a cave. IA hybrid space of rock and white drywall. just outside of Chengdu, China. It was an international exhibition, and the cave itself was a "retired" munitions cave used during the Cultural Revolution. The video installation In installed consisted of seven, ubiquitous (in China and India) wheel barrows used by migrant workers. These were new and painted the colours of the rainbow, with the significance being that homosexuality amongst other freedoms, are still restricted in many parts of China. The seven videos had subtle content to the issues for the obvious reasons.
